Repair and Calibration Information for Walker Scientific Products

Warranty & Non Warranty Repair & Calibration

New Walker Scientific products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. Non-warranty repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty from the ship date. Please refer to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sales and the Operation Manual provided with the product for more information.

If you need warranty or non-warranty repair for your product, please use the following Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure:

1.Complete our RMA Form and click submit. An RMA number will be assigned and
acknowledged to you authorizing equipment to be returned for calibration and/or repair.
After receipt an RMA number, return the equipment and copy of RMA form to the
address below.
